County officials and Owners Representative CGL visited the Nashville Downtown Detention Center and the Franklin County Corrections Center on April 26 and 27, 2022, to better understand best practices for facility design, operations and maintenance. Attendees from the County of Berks included Commissioner Kevin Barnhardt, Warden Jeffrey Smith, Chief Deputy Warden Stephanie Smith, Captain Miguel Castro and Assistant to the Warden Traci Rhoads.
